What We Offer

QCVA is striving to be to be the one stop shop for all things field event. As of Fall 2023 We offer facilities, equipment and coaching for Pole Vault, Shot Put, Long Jump and Triple Jump. We also host OATCCC Indoor state qualifying meets for all 4 events through the Winter.

Pole Vault Open Practice

Open practices are for vaulters of all skill levels. they take place throughout the week. Coaching and Poles are provided as well as video playback and other equipment to enhance an athletes potential.

Long/ Triple Jump Open Practice

Open Practice for Long and Triple Jump are open to anyone looking to continue training through the fall and winter seasons. It is an open runway format. Practices are Mondays and Wednesdays 6 to 8. Coaching can be provided upon request (must be requested 2 days prior). Personal coaches are permitted/ preferred.

Cost - $30/ Practice (+$5 for coach request)

Essx Pole Sales and Rentals

Pole Vault Beginners Lessons

This practice is geared towards younger and newer vaulters. These practices take place sundays from 4 to 6. They are limited to groups of 8 so space can be limited.

Cost - $25/ practice

Private Lessons

Private lessons are offered for the pole vault upon request. The days and times for these practices are scheduled with the coach directly.

Cost - $50/ Hour

Strength and Conditioning

QCVA offers programs to help get athletes faster, stronger, and more explosive through various circuit workouts, plyometrics, sprint work, and olympic lifting. Days and Times vary so contact Coach Dangel for more info
